As design lead at Pontem Network, I helped grow the ecosystem from zero to 1.4M users. Designed Liquidswap DEX, a wallet, and product sites—plus concepts that fueled investor interest. Created a cross-platform design system that made shipping faster, UX sharper, and ideas easier to test with founders and stakeholders.

We researched 15+ competitors like Metamask, Phantom, and Trust to build clear user flows and a wallet that worked everywhere—extension, iOS, Android. The result: an ecosystem-leading product, trusted by users and driving adoption through seamless multi-platform UX.

Liber App / Crypto-Powered Processing
Served as design lead on a year-long contract with a German fintech team, managing two UI designers and a 3D illustrator. Directed in-depth UX research on payment tools like Revolut, Wise, and Zelle, resulting in detailed CJMs. Designed an early concept using crypto for processing—anticipating trends later embraced by Revolut.

Worked with a business analyst to design a platform on Cosmos for creating and publishing financial instruments. Researched hardware wallets and mapped scenarios for token creation and CDPs, then built a clickable prototype inspired by Ledger’s UX.

Worked part-time on a cash flow management and forecasting tool for businesses. Redesigned the existing dashboard into a cleaner, modern interface with refined interactions. Focused on improving data visualization, especially charts, to make financial trends easier to understand and act upon.

Built a fintech investment panel as a standalone product for retail users and investors. Prototyped the full journey from deposit to withdrawal, integrating card payments and crypto. Wrapped it with a component-based UI system and shipped it to production—making complex money flows simple.

B2B Payment Service UX
Contract UX work for Tinkoff Payment, the bank’s B2B acquiring service. Optimized merchant onboarding from registration to first payment by streamlining forms, adding contextual data requests, and reducing support load. Prototyped in Axure, tested with the bank team, and delivered a UI concept that became the basis for a large-scale redesign—making onboarding smoother and time-to-payment faster.

Joined as one of the first designers in a large software company, helping build the UX team from two to eight members. Kicked off with billing service wireframes, then made scenarios and flows the starting point for every new feature. We tried it all—IA, personas, data-driven design, the KJ method—turning research into a real design process.

Took anyLogistix—an enterprise desktop app for global logistics—and reimagined it for the web as part of a six-month contract. Designed hundreds of screens for onboarding, chain modeling, and experiments, all structured into a clean design system. Built from scratch and shipped to production.

Subcontract UX/UI design for Moscow’s court automation system. Focused on simplifying judges’ workflows during sessions with 24” touch-screen panels. Designed intuitive navigation for current and archived cases, with smooth micro-animations for context switching. The system was implemented across courtrooms with a modern, consistent interface.

ERP System Redesign
UX/UI designer on a long-term contract for an Estonian ERP system with tens of thousands of users. Worked directly with the founder on redesigning navigation, enhancing tables with sorting, filters, and inline editing, and creating a unified icon system with 100+ custom icons. Delivered a new action panel inspired by the ribbon pattern. The result: improved usability, positive client feedback, and a long-term collaboration across multiple releases.

One-year contract with a pharma company to design a companion app for digestive health treatment. Worked with the product manager on CJMs and designed hundreds of screens covering all patient scenarios. Adapted brand guidelines into a digital design system and built features like daily tasks, points, and progress tracking. Released on iOS and Android, the app continues to support patients and improve adherence.

Typography-Driven UX
Won an open competition for Head of Design at Mail.ru’s 14 media services. As a candidate, conducted research based on academic studies of text perception, applying findings to hierarchy, contrast, sizing, and balance. Designed news experiences integrating personalization, monetization, and scroll-based engagement. The work was nominated for the A’Design Award.

Yandex Main Page – Event UX
As Senior Designer for Yandex’s main page (~30M DAU), I led the design of special event experiences, including FIFA 2018, NHL, and The International. Worked end-to-end: scenarios, navigation, UX lab and remote testing, plus stakeholder reviews. Delivered solutions used by millions daily—shaping high-profile event coverage and later influencing the redesign of YandexEfir.

At Yandex I helped grow YandexEfir, the video streaming service tied to the main page. Built flows for search, recommendations, and multiple content formats—cards, grids, playlists, live previews. We tested nonstop, from UX lab to real users, and the work boosted engagement before the service eventually closed.
Dodopizza
First version of Dodopizza Global Website
Six-month contract redesigning the global Dodo Pizza website. Developed user scenarios covering country-specific business needs and led a small design team. Co-created a design system—UI components, typography, grids, and patterns—evolving existing styles for global use. Worked with UX and UI designers on Axure prototypes and step-by-step flows. The system shaped the site for about a year before further iterations took over.

Medical Journal Design
Designed a modular typography system for a medical journal on digestive health. Inspired by German masters like Tschichold (grid, composition) and Bayer (Bauhaus minimalism), the system enabled flexible layouts for diverse content. Though now outdated, it remains an interesting study in applying typographic principles to digital-era design.

Tinkoff Payment Landing 2017
Contract work for Tinkoff Payment (B2B acquiring). Collaborated with copywriters and managers to design service pages, tariffs, and documentation. Built interactive Axure prototypes and delivered production-ready designs under review of the Director of Style, fully aligned with Tinkoff’s design system. The landing remained live for years.
